In mid-June, we began the first phase of construction on the maternity ward in Tanzania — with a lot of emotion and hope. The very first step was digging the foundations, done through the hard work and determination of a committed and motivated team.
Our initial goal was simple: secure enough funding to build the foundations. And thanks to you, we did it.But the story doesn't end there…
Today, the walls are nearly finished!Watching this structure take shape, day by day, right in the heart of the village, has become a powerful symbol of hope for all the women who live there.
So, what’s next?
Thanks to a recent delivery of building materials, we’ll soon be able to complete the walls and begin construction of the roof structure — a huge step toward providing a safe, clean, and dignified space for expectant mothers and their babies.
But there’s still work to be done…
👉 We still need your support to fund the roofing, and if this wave of solidarity keeps going, we hope to equip the maternity ward with proper beds — an essential comfort for women who, until now, have sometimes had to give birth in extremely difficult conditions.
Every donation, every share, every word of support is a real, concrete step toward making birth safer, more respectful, and more human.
This project is so much more than just a building — it’s a strong gesture, a commitment to life, and to these brave women.
From the bottom of our hearts: thank you for making this possible. ❤️
